Meet our Staff

Bridget Middleton, Executive Director

Bridget joined Fiesta in January 2015 as Office Manager.  She now serves as Event Coordinator and is responsible for managing many of the Fiesta of Five Flags community events including the Pensacola Crawfish Festival, Pensacola Seafood Festival, Pen Air Grand Fiesta Parade, Fiesta Family Weekend, and The Emmanuel, Sheppard, and Condon Fiesta Days Celebration.  Bridget is a native of Belle River, Louisiana, a graduate of LSU with a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing.  She is a proud Navy wife to Chris for over 20 years.  She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor and an avid runner and sports fan.  Bridget spends most weekends with her family and friends on the water or watching her three children play competitive soccer. 

Hillary Turner, Foundation Director

Hillary Turner joined the Fiesta staff in April 2014 as the Artistic Design and Public Relations Director and recently transitioned into the role of Court Coordinator.  She graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a BA degree in Art History and a minor in Business Administration. Her passion for the arts and interest in nonprofit management led her to obtain a MA in Arts Administration from Florida State University.  Prior to joining Fiesta, Hillary served as Manager of Patron Services at the Pensacola Museum of Art and most recently Executive Director of the Pensacola Children’s Chorus. 

Margaret-Anne West, Director of Events

Margaret-Anne joined the Fiesta staff in August 2015 as the PR and Marketing Coordinator. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Public Relations and Event Planning and a master’s degree in Sport Management. Prior to joining Fiesta, Margaret-Anne worked for the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, beginning in their inaugural season, 2012. She has a variety of experience in PR and marketing through her internships with the University of Alabama Athletic Marketing Department, the Reese’s Senior Bowl and the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. On weekends in the fall, you can find Margaret-Anne in Tuscaloosa cheering on the Tide with her family and friends. 

Claudia Carlson, Director of Volunteers & Office Management

Claudia joined the Fiesta staff in February 2018 as Office Manager. She attended the University of Mississippi and the University of West Florida where she received a B.A. in PR/Marketing. Prior to joining FIESTA, she worked at Whibbs and Stone.
