The Fiesta of Five Flags Foundation is a nonprofit corporation, organized solely for general educational and charitable purposes pursuant to the Florida Corporations Non-for-Profit Law set forth in Chapter 617 of the Florida Statutes. The specific and primary purposes the Fiesta of Five Flags Foundation, Inc. was formed for:

The Fiesta of Five Flags Commission of Pensacola is an entity of the State of Florida created by the State of Florida Act 65-2098. Contributions to the Commission are deductible by donors as provided by applicable sections of the Code.
The Commission consists of three members each appointed by the Governors Office of the State of Florida to serve three years with one appointee’s term expiring each year.
